Welcome!
I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Government at Harvard University.
Broadly speaking, I study Congress, inequality, and representation in American politics. One line of my research examines how the lack of working-class members of Congress impacts constituents, including its effects on blue-collar political participation, constituent service, and policy outcomes. Another line of research investigates federal policy responsiveness to the American electorate, especially to citizens from different economic backgrounds. Iām also interested in legislative accountability and broader democratic theory.
Before coming to Harvard, I worked in Washington, D.C. as a staffer at the House of Representatives. I graduated from Haverford College in 2022 with a degree in political science and philosophy.
